Catherine is a registered osteopath, having completed her studies at RMIT in Melbourne. She is passionate about helping those she treats to feel and function at their best, treating wide-ranging conditions and injuries.

In addition to osteopathic practice, Catherine draws on previous experience where she enjoy the comfort as a remedial massage therapist and knowledge of nutritional therapy, striving to carefully tailor an individualised treatment plan to best support the body’s inherent healing capacity.

An appointment with Catherine will involve assessment of your presenting musculoskeletal complaint or health concern, a holistic hands-on treatment, as well as a collaborative approach to management, exercise and lifestyle advice.
