Zenita is a qualified remedial/therapeutic massage therapist with over 40 years
experience in clinical practice. Graduating in 1985 as a naturopath and remedial
massage therapist she has been in private practice primarily on the northern
beaches in Sydney but also working in Brisbane and at various health retreats
including Solar Springs and Crystal Lodge where she was involved for 20 years as a
therapist, trainer, management and human resource support. She completed her
training as a holistic counsellor in 2008. Even though Zenita has decided to focus
solely on her remedial/therapeutic massage, her approach will always be intrinsically
influenced by her other training.


Zenitas style is to intuitively tailor her treatments to the unique needs of clients on
any given day. Creating a relaxed and receptive state using a variety of techniques
such as Remedial/therapeutic, deep tissue and Swedish massage, Myofascial
release, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, trigger point work, cranio-sacral, Lomi Lomi
and stretch techniques, encouraging and supporting the body to heal.

Oncology – This is a very gentle, very light and specific massage for people living
with a Cancer diagnosis. It takes into consideration the specific treatments each
individual is choosing to undergo and adapting to the surgical and therapeutic
protocols unique to each person.

Pregnancy – This treatment is not recommended until after the first trimester. It is a
wonderful treatment for mum and bub as they progress through the term of the
pregnancy. Creating a relaxed and receptive state helping to integrate the changes
and growth taking place.
